Hello, I’m Celine, holistic infant sleep consultant and mama to a beautiful little boy. I live with my husband, son and two cats in Kent, UK.

I am committed to normalising biologically normal infant sleep behaviour and reassuring and empowering parents with this knowledge. I am passionate about supporting families who are looking to improve their family's sleep situation without leaving their little ones to cry.
As a mother, I have first-hand experience of navigating the complexities of infant sleep. My holistic approach provides bespoke, gentle, responsive and evidence-based tools and strategies to promote rest, sleep and enhance wellbeing.

My journey into holistic infant sleep consultancy started with the birth of our son in 2021, and prior missed miscarriage, both of which changed my outlook on life. After our son's birth, I became fascinated with child development, attachment and particularly developmentally normal infant sleep behaviour.
The more I researched infant sleep, the more I became aware of the abundance of unrealistic societal expectations, conflicting information and non-evidence-based mantras targeting new parents, most of which seemed at odds with my natural instinct.
My research led to me enrolling on the highly regarded and internationally renowned Holistic Sleep Coaching Program run by international speaker, Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Paediatric Nurse and Health Visitor and author Lyndsey Hookway and the Babyem team, which set in motion a new career path for me.
Previously, I trained and worked as a family and children lawyer for just under a decade so have significant experience supporting families in a professional and effective way.
I founded Forest Moon Sleep based on my passion for providing holistic, gentle and responsive support to help families see the wood for the trees when it comes to biologically normal infant sleep.
