We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal information and data including, but not limited to, name, date of birth of children provided with parental consent, along with the necessary information required by Forest Moon Sleep in order to provide the holistic sleep support service purchased.

 

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Contact with Forest Moon Sleep via email

  • Contact with Forest Moon Sleep via the “Contact Us” form on our website

  • During a free discovery call

  • Completion of a sleep questionnaire and diary

  • During a consultation in connection with a sleep support package purchased

  • Any other services provided in connection with a sleep support package purchased    

  • Subscription to any marketing emails/newsletters

 

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with the specific package/service you have purchased.

We may use third parties to help process your data. Where this is the case, we will ensure that we have arrangements in place with these processors to ensure the safe use of your personal information.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep your personal data for five years. We will then dispose your information by deleting all relevant electronic data and confidentially disposing of any hard copy documents held.
